Welcome to the website of the PDCL.

The League covers the traditional coalfield areas of West and South Yorkshire.  Many teams within the League have strong historic links with the coal industry and proudly bear the names of the collieries they served.

The League seeks to provide and foster grass-roots cricket within all communities and the Divisional structure enables teams to compete against other teams of similar playing standard.

Due to a severe shortage of players Barnby Dun CC have taken the decision to disband their 2nd XI with immediate effect.

This will impact on the teams in Division 5 East.  The fixtures for Division 5 East will not be re-structured.  Where you were due to play Barnby Dun you will now have blank dates.

The League Committee thank the committee of Barnby Dun for their efforts in such difficult circumstances and hope that the club may return to 2 teams in the future.

The points structure changed this season with the winning team scoring 16 points - Divisions 1 to 5 or 20 in Division 6.  The winning team does not receive any bonus points.

On Saturday May 19 the following teams did not get the points correct:  POLLINGTON and NEWTON HILL

Would these clubs please check their points allocations and correct please
